Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Atkinson, P.A. has an immediate opportunity for a Litigation Assistant / Paralegal in its Miami office. Qualified candidates must possess at least 1-5 years litigation experience, including actual experience in trial preparation and support, and must be able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed. The Legal Assistant will work directly with attorneys to assist in the litigation process. Must be familiar with rules and procedures of Florida federal and state courts; including the requirements for the filing of documents using CM/ECF systems.
